My alarm is not alarming. What should I do?

How long do the battery last?
The typical life span of a CR2 lithium battery is approximately 8-12 months. However, frequent triggering or extreme temperatures could shorten battery life.
My alarm module is damaged. Where can I replace it?
The alarm module is replaceable. Contact your local authorized sellers to purchase a replacement alarm module.
Where can I get replacement keys when I lose my keys?
Create a My Zovii account on (https://zoviitech.com/account/login) and register your key using the code (2 letters + 5 digits) on the tag attached next to the keys before using. You can order replacement keys by filling out the online form if keys are lost.
How do I make a warranty claim for my Zovii lock?
Zovii provides a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for all Zovii's products. If:
• The mechanical part is destroyed by non-man-made damage.
• The electronic module is destroyed by non-man-made damage.
• We do not provide a warranty for damage to surface appearance
